Where can I learn level design and Unreal Engine quickly?

I want to switch careers and become a game designer, but I don’t want to spend four years in university. I'm looking for an intensive program that focuses on hands-on project work and industry-standard tools. Does anyone have experience with a reputable school in Vancouver?
